Ron is a second career Pastor who started serving Faith United Methodist in July 2006. Since Ron was raised in Lyons, KS and his grandparents lived in Hutchinson, serving the Faith church is like coming back home. Ron attended Kansas State University to study engineering and business which prepared him for a career with Kansas City Power and Light.
After discerning a call to ministry over a number of years, Ron attended Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO to prepare to serve THE Power and THE Light.
Ron desires to help others come to know and experience the Living God, through a relationship with Christ and the guidance and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Ron has been married to Raelene for 13 years. Raelene grew up on Beloit, KS and is a nurse for USD 308.
