We really should be praying each day for the people who go to work amongst other people. Grocery workers, health care, repair people, law, fire and emergency responders come to mind. I have family members who work amongst other people. There are some workers who can do their work safely from home or isolated from almost everyone else. Important jobs. Yet, Working with the public, patients or whoever is in your area certainly raises the risk of getting the virus. Honestly, could be deadly. A small percentage of our folks are in that dangerous zone, while many of us are safely at home. God can do his work even with a small percentage of people. Judges 7, Gideon was taking 32,000 fighters into battle. God said to Gideon, “you have to many.” 22,000 fighters left, 10,000 remained to battle. “The Lord said to Gideon, there are still to many.” The Lord and Gideon select 300 fighters to battle, more than 31,000 remained in safety . The 300 fighters went against the enemy. With God’s help, Gideon and the 300 fighters Won. Defeated the enemy, while thousands sheltered in Safety . God can win battles with a small percentage of fighters. We should still be praying for those who work around other people, it’s dangerous!
