UMCOR is the United Methodist Committee on Relief, and yet
they are anything but a typical committee. They are a program by the General Board
of Global Ministries taking action when disaster strikes here and around the
globe.
UMCOR acts as the hands and feet of Christ’s church, moving
towards the most vulnerable in time of need. Helping people in their darkest
days doesn’t have to be something “they”do, it can be something “we” do.

this Sunday, March 31 as we take a special offering for UMCOR. Our generosity as
a church covers the routine operating budget of UMCOR. This allows them to
funnel 100% of other donations received throughout the year directly to relief
efforts.
